  • Must be a youth between the ages of 7 and 17
  • Must exhibit a good positive attitude
  • Elementary school students must maintain satisfactory grades
  • Secondary & High school students must maintain a C or higher grade average
  • Must be committed to be drug free and remain drug free
  • Must have a desire to learn, be respectful of instructors and administrators and give 100% effort at all times.
